Charging the battery
Charge the headset before using.
•
Connect the charger to the headset and to a power
outlet. While the battery is charging, the indicator
lights red. When the battery is fully charged, the
indicator lights yellow-green.
Note: Charge the headset with the attached USB cable
and provided wall charger only.
Turning the headset on and oꢀ
1 To turn on the headset, press and hold the
Power/Send/End button for about two seconds. The
headset beeps and the indicator blinks green.
2 To turn oꢀ the headset, press and hold the
Power/Send/End button for about four seconds. The
headset beeps and the indicator brieꢁy lights red.
Pairing the headset
1 Press and hold the Power/Send/End button for about
four seconds.The indicator rapidly ꢁashes green. Make
sure that a compatible phone is turned on and within
33 feet (10 meters) of the headset.
2 Release the button.The headset is now in pairing mode.
3 Activate the Bluetooth connection from the phone.
See your phone‘s documentation for instructions.
4 Set the phone to start searching for Bluetooth devices.
5 Select RF-QX4 from the list of found devices.
6 If necessary, enter the PIN Code 0000 to pair and
connect the headset with your phone. In some
phones, you need to make a connection separately
after pairing.
